2 nights' accommodation (not including breakfast) will be provided on the 4th and 5th of April 2025 for the first 2 Professional and Amateur (Open Only) oversea couples from each country on first-come-first served basis. Please indicate if you would require us to book. Entries submitted later than 23rd February 2025, if accepted, will not be provided with accommodation. Competitors who take part in all other events are not eligible. For all other competitors, official competition hotel venue is as follows.

For each event, regardless of the number of rounds, photo coverage will last till winning or elimination. Each package entitles you to a minimum of 30 professionally shot and edited images. (Reservation in single competition)
