There is so much for one to gain from ballroom dancing and tda wants to give back to the community with a meaningful way for our silver citizens to keep themselves active.

 

It's specific emotional and mental benefits make ballroom dancing a potent defence against dementia, osteoporosis and Parkinson's disease. 

 

A fun practice and performance attuned to the needs of active agers. Our program is tailored as a lower impact physical activity for seniors to make the most out of the ballroom. From improving muscle and bone strength to lowering the risk of falling and exhaustion.
