An early synonym for ‘party’ in Cuba, it became an essential dance in the ballroom from the 1930s. Of the five competitive international Latin dances, the rumba might be the slowest. But the Rumba has a life of its own, developed from allowing the movements to be more pronounced at its slower pace. Find yourself electrified and glowing from within as you build upon the chemistry with your partner. This elementary course of Rumba aims to provide those new to the sport with a comprehensive introduction to the Latin style. Spread out across 8 sessions, the course will introduce the basics to students through a simple yet exciting routine. __________________ Costing: $25 per session __________________ Cancellation & Refund Policy: The studio, tda (The DanceSport Academy), adheres to a no refund policy. No sharing or transfer of any courses is allowed. Rescheduling is subjected to availability and tda (The DanceSport Academy) reserves the right to deny requests deem to be unfavourable, inappropriate or unsafe. All classes are subject to a minimum and a maximum number of participants, and the management reserves the right to cancel or amend courses or classes.
